In case of any failure during the automatic process, payments could remain as “Pending”. This tutorial explains how to change their status to “Completed”.

1- First, log in to your WordPress Admin Panel, and go to the “Downloads” menu in the left panel -> Payment History.

2- Select the payment and use the Bulk Actions to change its status from Pending to Completed.
