How long does the support usually respond for pro or premium user?

Our support is free for WPeMatico Issues or its addons with advises and tips through our ticket system.

We don’t work with urgent answers. Also our premium support is to login and work in a client website but not apply for urgencies.

We can’t guarantee urgent support.

We will try to solve your problem ASAP. Normally we answer in a matter of hours, but sometimes it can take a day or two to give an answer, especially on weekends or depending on research time and tickets in queue.
