Applies To: All products and services offered by Etruel Developments LLC, including downloadable software, extensions, and subscription-based API services.

By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to the terms of this Licensing Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable agreements.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our products and services in accordance with their intended purpose, under the scope of the plan or subscription purchased.

Licenses may apply to:

  • Downloadable software products (e.g., WPeMatico plugins and extensions)
  • Subscription-based services (e.g., AI Etruel Rewriter API)

2. Types of Licenses and Services

We offer the following categories of licensed access:

A. Downloadable Software Licenses

These licenses are tied to specific plugin products and include:

  • Single-Site, Multi-Site, and Unlimited-Site options
  • Annual access to updates and technical support
  • Continued functionality after expiration, but without new updates or support

B. API Subscription Licenses

These apply to services such as AI Etruel Rewriter API, which are sold on a monthly or annual subscription basis, and may include:

  • Access to API endpoints for text rewriting services
  • Plans that operate based on monthly credits or usage limits
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date

Each credit or request consumes a defined portion of your subscription quota. Quotas do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

3. Usage Limits and Fair Use

For API-based services, each license is subject to:

  • Rate limits (number of API calls per minute/hour)
  • Monthly credit limits based on your plan
  • Fair use policies to ensure service integrity

Abuse, including automation beyond allowed thresholds, reverse engineering, or unauthorized reselling, will result in immediate suspension or termination of the service.

4. License Duration and Renewals

  • Downloadable software licenses are valid for one (1) year unless a different duration is specified.
  • API service subscriptions are valid for the period purchased (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless canceled.

License expiration ends access to updates, support, or API usage.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sublicense, or resell your license or API keys
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate any part of our software or API logic
  • Use any product or service in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on our intellectual property

6. Intellectual Property

All products, source code, documentation, branding, and services remain the sole property of Etruel Developments LLC. Licenses grant usage rights only; they do not confer ownership.

7. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any license or subscription immediately if:

  • You violate any part of this Licensing Policy or our Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of the software or service
  • We are legally required to suspend service

Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies or access credentials.

8. Support and Updates

  • Software licenses include support and updates for the duration of the license.
  • API service subscriptions include technical support related to API integration and usage.

We do not guarantee support for expired or canceled licenses unless otherwise noted.

9. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Licensing Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website.
