One key feature of most of our software products, is support for automatic updates. Our WordPress plugins are actively developed and we release updates for new features and bugfixes quite often.

Premium extensions can be purchased for single site, 2 – 5 sites, or unlimited sites, which determines your license key activation limit. You may deactivate a license key and move it to another site at any time.

The automatic updates is provided by using a complete software licensing  system on our website, as many other WordPress companies already do.

Introducing Licenses for Updates & Support

License keys simply connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates if your license key is in good standing. Likewise, we provide priority support for valid license key holders.

When a product is purchased the client also get an active license key in order to receive support and updates for that product. With an active license your WordPress dashboard will display notifications for new available updates, which can be installed automatically with just one click.

Please keep in mind that the license is for updates and basic support only. Premium Support is another paid service offered to customers who need in-depth technical support with access to their sites or servers. The product page of the service further clarifies this concept.
However, free technical support about our plugins is offered to all users through our Ticket System.

Licenses are valid for 12 months

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased plugins extensions and themes. After one year, license keys may be renewed at a percent discount from the purchase price of a new license.

License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel or left expired, you may still use the extension but you will not receive updates or support once the license key expires.

If you have an active subscription, the license will be automatically renewed taking charge of your payment method. Paypal or Credit card.

The license keys does not restrict any extension functionality. Your extensions will work as expected whether you have your license keys activated or not. You are encouraged to test extensions on your staging site without activating license keys.

Licensing Owners

The licenses should not be distributed to third parties and would be used in sites of the client, like his own customers or so on. Because the licenses are registered in the name of the buyer, also with his email and will appear in all the Licenses screens. If you distribute it, this can be used for illegal purposes by a person. It’s a mayor and useless risk.

Software Updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.

Licenses can be renewed at a 30% discount

Of course you do not have to pay the full price to get further updates and support after your license has expired. You can renew your license after 12 months at a 30% discount.

Do I have to use the new license keys?

No, our products will be fully functional without entering a license key. A valid license key is only required to get automatic updates with one click. You can always manually update your themes/plugins by downloading the latest version on our website.

The license key is technically needed in the update process to identify you as a current customer, before the update files can be downloaded from our servers and installed on your WordPress website.
