Refunds Policy

If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.

We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.


We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments.

We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
We also send three emails to remember license keys expirations One month, One week and Two days before each expiration.

Cancel Subscriptions

Except in specific cases, in most of our products at the time of purchase you are adhering to an annual renewal subscription. Any subscription that has not been cancelled will automatically attempt to debit the license renewal at the end of its expiration date.

If you don’t want automatic renewal, please be sure to cancel your subscription on your account page, before the next processing date, a reasonable timeframe (3 working days) is required.

If you wish, you can renew your license manually in the future.

After the license has been renewed and the subscription cancelled afterwards, you already have one more year of license.

No refunds will be granted for payments made prior to the time of cancellation.

Disputes on Payment Gateways

If you have been through a situation other than those mentioned above, we strongly recommend that you contact us through a support ticket before opening a dispute.

Although in most cases we are covered by seller protection, by the terms and conditions, it is possible that there might be a situation where we have to make a refund.
Disputes at Paypal or complaints at your bank affect our reputation and also have an extra cost.

In case of start of a dispute or a refund made, the user will lose his account and all privileges such as free or paid support and of course renewals and updates of purchased plugins.
