Etruel Developments LLC
It’s a web development company that specializes in WordPress solutions, including plugins and add-ons. Originally known as Etruel, the company changed its name and was instituted as an LLC in late 2020 and early 2021. The Etruel Developments LLC team is composed of engineers, developers and designers who work together to create innovative solutions for WordPress.
Etruel Developments LLC is known for its two most important plugins: WPeMatico and Flash Cache. WPeMatico is an easy-to-use autoblogging plugin for WordPress that allows users to create posts automatically from feeds of their choice organized into campaigns. Flash Cache, on the other hand, is a powerful plugin for optimizing the speed of WordPress websites.
The company also has an active presence in social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter where it shares information about its products and updates. Including GitHub and YouTube, where they share releases under development, the bugtracker for submitting issues and bugs, and presentations and video tutorials respectively.
The story behind WPeMatico
Everything starts long before Etruel, after knowing WordPress in 2004 and creating the WPeMatico plugin in early 2005, our adventure in the world of WordPress software development begins.
In 2009 we launched our local Argentina brand: NetMdP, with web developments and solutions; but there were three things that drove us more to continue developing improvements and new features for our favorite WordPress autoblog plugin, and they were: the growing market was starting to turn more and more to WordPress to replace the old and complicated box-content “CMS” with something that promised much more scalability with much less complications. Demand was starting to flow into sales of the Professional version of WPeMatico, which began to require more of our time dedicated to research and development. And lastly, and I think the only one really necessary, we love developing for WordPress, we loved it in the beginning and we still do now.
At that time we launched wpematico.com with the professional extensions available for the WPeMatico core.

Our work with Easy Digital Downloads
It was when we saw the need to launch a licensing system for our extensions that we decided to move the products from the obsolete system we had in wpematico.com to an integrated store in etruel.com where we could manage the products, individual sales, memberships, licenses, commissions, affiliates, etc., etc.
The research led us to the best plugin for selling digital files: Easy Digital Downloads. Which at that time belonged to Sandhills Developments. We acquired some of their extra extensions and managed to get the site up very quickly.
