You can add a link to the original article and the name of its author to every post that WPeMatico creates, using the Post Template of the campaign. The template lets you decide what is added before or after the content of each item.

Inside each campaign.

Edit the campaign, find the Post Template box and check Use custom posts template. A text box appears, together with the list of tags you can use.

Copy and paste this template.

Write this template in the text box and save the campaign:

{content}
<a href="{permalink}">Go to Source</a><br />Author: {author}

When the campaign creates a post, WPeMatico replaces each tag with the data of the feed item:

• {content} — the content of the item.
• {permalink} — the URL of the original article, which turns the text into a working link.
• {author} — the name of the author, when the feed includes it.

Note: {content} must be in the template if you want to see the content in your posts. The template only applies to the posts created from now on; it does not change the posts that were already published.

• Use {authorlink} to link the author name to their page, if the feed includes it: <a href="{authorlink}">{author}</a>.
• Use {feedtitle} to show the name of the source site, for example: Source: <a href="{permalink}">{feedtitle}</a>.
• The Help tab at the top right of the campaign editor shows all the tags and more examples.
