What is Synchronization?
Synchronization is a process that analyzes the items in the feed and compares them with your posts to determine if there was a change in the source.
The changes (edited, added and deleted) in the feed items will be synchronized. This means that, as an item is synchronized, your post will be updated by adding these new changes, so both articles will have the same content.

Regularly update the already imported posts
To keep the posts of your site updated in each synchronization analyzes the items content of the feed and compares them, if they are different from the post content, it will be updated, this includes images, author, categories, date of publication and tags.
Synchronize multimedia files
WPeMatico Synchronizer analyzes all the posts content including multimedia files, if there is a new one or if any was deleted, it will add or remove it from the content of your own post. The plugin does not delete files, it just removes the HTML from the content.
Individual synchronization for campaigns
Not all feeds modify their posts. Activate synchronization only in the campaigns you want. You can choose which campaigns will keep the posts synchronized with the source and which ones not just by clicking on the campaign.
Exclusive CRON for Sync Process
While the CRON included in WPeMatico continues to fetch new posts, the CRON of the Sync keeps them updated. Different CRONs for different processes in order to safeguard performance, both optimized and with processes that allow resuming the execution after timeouts in order not to process everything again.
Updates existing posts without adding new ones
Activating only the CRON of the Sync and keeping the campaign CRON deactivated, the process will only update the previously uploaded posts without adding the new ones that are published in the feed.
Integrated with other addons
The synchronization respects the options integrated in other addons such as the extra features brought by the Professional for word replacement, category assignment or image processing and multimedia files.
Integrated with Full Content addon
When you use Full Content instead of analyzing the feed item, it will synchronize with the content of the original post to update with the content directly from the sourcesite.
