Inside the website into your account you have access to your downloads, licenses and subscriptions and other relevant data.

You can download all your active files, copy your license keys, renew them or upgrade their paths from the different tabs.

You can also cancel and in same cases reactivate any subscription in the Subscriptions tab.

 

Some payment gateways give you the option to cancel the subscriptions from your account in their website as is the case of Paypal, that you can cancel any subscription there and will be reflected in your account here.
