Our products are digital and you get them right after the purchase, so we don’t offer refunds, unless the product is defective and our support team can’t fix it. Read our Refunds Policy before you buy.
How to Request a Refund
- If a product doesn’t work as described, open a ticket in our support system within 7 days of the purchase.
- Include your order number, the email you used at checkout, and a clear explanation of the problem, with the debug information, logs or screenshots.
- Let us try to solve it. If we confirm that the product is defective and we can’t fix it, we may give you a full or partial refund.
When We Don’t Give Refunds
- You changed your mind, or you bought the wrong product or license type.
- The product doesn’t fit your use case or your setup. Each product page explains its features and requirements.
- You bought the product on sale or with a discount.
- You didn’t ask our support for help before requesting the refund.
- You used API credits or the subscription service, even partially.
- It’s the renewal payment of a subscription. Cancel it before the renewal date if you don’t want to continue. See How can I cancel my Subscriptions?
Please always contact us before opening a dispute or a chargeback. A dispute suspends your licenses and your access to our products.
