Yes. Our plugins keep working when the license expires. But WordPress and other plugins keep changing, so without updates the plugin may stop working some day. That’s why we recommend renewing, although it’s optional.
No. The built-in automatic update system takes care of that.
Yes. If you renew early, the new year starts when the current one ends. If you renew late, the new year starts on the day you renew.
- Early renewal: you bought in April 2025 and renew in January 2026. Your license expires in April 2027, so you get two full years.
- Late renewal: you bought in April 2025 and renew in July 2026. Your license expires in July 2027. You get two full years, with a gap between April and July 2026.
Yes. Our plugins have different types of licenses, including lifetime licenses.
No. Activate your license only on your live site. You can install the plugin on your testing site and use it without an active license.

If you bought your product after March 30, 2016, it renews automatically. If you bought it before that date, you need to renew it manually once. After that, it renews automatically.
We send you an email two weeks before the renewal, and another one when the renewal happens. Add the @etruel.com address to your contacts, and check your spam folder from time to time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. This does NOT remove the time you already paid for. It only stops the automatic renewal when that time ends. See How can I cancel my Subscriptions?
