Yes. WPeMatico GPT Spinner is the addon that rewrites the imported articles automatically through AI, campaign by campaign, so every post published by WPeMatico can become a unique piece of content. It can also find or generate a relevant image for each post.
If you prefer a simple, rule-based rewriting that does not depend on any external service, the Random Rewrites feature of WPeMatico Professional is still available. Both options are explained below.
The WPeMatico GPT Spinner addon connects your campaigns with an AI rewriting service. For every item fetched, the addon sends the text to the service, receives a rewritten version and publishes it as the post. You can choose to rewrite the content, the title, or both, and it applies techniques to prevent the result from being flagged as AI-generated text.

When a service runs out of quota, the addon can switch automatically to the next API you have configured, so your campaigns keep running.
The AI Etruel Rewriter API works with credits: each credit corresponds to one rewriting request, that is, one article sent to the service. Credits are provided in monthly plans of different sizes, purchased on etruel.com and linked to your license key, so you only pay for the volume of posts you actually rewrite.
Every WPeMatico GPT Spinner license includes free credits to get started: one month of 15 credits with the single-site license, one month of 1,500 credits with the 2–5 and 100-site licenses, and a full year of 1,500 credits per month with the Lifetime license. When you need more, choose a bigger plan from the credits table.
Note: The third-party services (RapidAPI and APILayer) are billed by their own plans and quotas, independently of the Etruel credits.

The addon also adds a Rewrite with AI button to the post editor, so you can rewrite any post of your site on demand, not only the ones fetched by a campaign.

The Professional addon includes Random Rewrites. It does not use any external service: you write the lists of synonyms yourself, one group per line with the words separated by commas. When a word of a group is found in the content, it is replaced at random by another word of the same group. Nothing is preloaded, because of the multitude of languages, so the quality of the result depends on your lists. See How does Random Rewrites work?
